Artworks › Cheryl Dunn - Italian Wedding

Cheryl Dunn - Italian Wedding

$0.00
Sold Out
Digital Print from Negative
20 x 30 ″

1 of 5. Price on request. Cheryl Dunn is a NYC-based documentarian and photographer. In her photographic work, she is primarily interested in urban life and how people leave their mark on the city, capturing scenes of everyday street life, often by honing in on particular people or characters. In film, she aims to capture specific moments in the NYC art scene; her first film "Everybody street" followed the work of iconic street photographers, and a later film "Moments Like this Never Last" covered post-9/11 changes in the downtown art scene as well as the life and art of the late Dash Snow. Her work is many things - humorous, gritty, political, and powerful - but what unites it all is that it is brimming with life.
